The challenges posed by complex problems as well as human centered design generally required a broad perspective of the contexts of the problems. Shown below in the attached documents are lists of influencing factors and insights roughly categorized into the four broad topics - ethnography, innovation, technology, and business - that shapes our approach to creating solutions.  These lists are mind joggers of factors to consider when discussing, designing or developing products and solutions. Each of the topics (drivers) starts a thread of interrelated ideas and concepts that help 'jog' the mind, to widen the context of your thinking. This is especially helpful when leading and contributing to the discussion of complex problems, especially when a variety of social values influence the support of various proposals and solutions. Below are some example of the third level of factors that influence outcomes. They are taken from each of the four main drivers that shape our future.
